Project Brief : The client wanted a 3 storey house, on which he would give the first floor for rent and use the rest as their living spaces. The terrace floor would have a home theatre room that would open into a terrace garden space for parties.
Concept : The proposal was an elevation that focus on the terrace garden space while creating a subtle highlight on the building below. For planning, the idea was to create a duplex for the top two floors which would seamlessly bind the areas giving the occupants a feel of a single entity and a single family home.
